Very comfy bed, exceptional room that has an amazing bathroom. The hotel's location is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE and the staff are amiable.

Everything was great, incredible location really close to the shore of Lake Champlain as well as restaurants, downtown Burlington, bike paths, really enjoyable experience. Our room was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned with all facilities, and we loved having access to wake-up service.

We had a wonderful experience staying at a beautiful suite by the shore of Lake Champlain. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The location was great, with stunning views of nature and easy access to fine dining in Burlington. We hope to return with friends!

The hosts are attentive and helpful. It's perfect for a peaceful getaway from the busy city life.

The property could benefit from laundry facilities for longer stays.

We had a fantastic time staying at a charming self-catered property with a glorious view. The owners were very welcoming, making us feel at home instantly. We loved the luxurious thick towels and the complimentary high-quality bath products, very impressive. one of the best aspects of the place is that it allowed us to bring our little dog with us, making our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. the location provided easy access to the local area and offered ample opportunities for exploration.

We encountered minor issues during our stay. A large group of guests occupied one of the three units that made the beach area and chairs unavailable for us to enjoy fully.

The lakefront setting was picturesque, and it was a great location for a romantic escape. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Another enjoyable aspect was the balcony that had a stunning view of the water and surrounding nature. It was lovely to watch the sunset from there.

The overall experience was dampened by a few shortcomings. One of them being the bathroom, it was outdated and not very clean.
